Below are the Terms and Conditions for M/Y Heaven Saphir vessel and Saphir Diving Voyager

1. Port of Embarkation

Most of our itineraries cover the south of the Egyptian part of the Red Sea. That is why in most cases M/Y Heaven Saphir will accept guests in Port Ghalib (Marsa Alam). For Northern itineraries M/Y Heaven Saphir will depart from Hurghada.

2. Pricing

All our prices are based on double occupancy. If you travel alone, you might need to share your room with somebody else. You can book the whole cabin for yourself. In this case we will charge you additional 80% of the original price. We have 4 honeymoon suites with king beds. These cabins are available either for 2 pax or for 1 person for 80% extra charge.

All our prices include:

• Group a/p transfers;
• 8 days/7 nights onboard M/Y Heaven Saphir;
• 4 meals/day full service;
• Unlimited water, tea, Nescafe, sodas snacks;
• Up to 4 dives/day (you must be a certified scuba diver). Your dives start next day after arrival. Due to safety regulations you will have up to 2 dives only on the last full day of your trip. There are no dives on your departure day;
• Weights and belts, air refills;
• Dive guides that speak your language.

All our prices exclude:

• International;
• Egypt entry visa ($25) payable at the airport;
• Individual transfers from/to HRG to Port Ghalib (€50);
• Dive and travel insurances;
• Unlimited nitrox 29-32 (you must be a certified nitrox diver);
• Marine park fees $70-$100, depending on the itinerary;
• Fuel surcharge $60-$100, depending on the itinerary;
• Beer, wine (purchased on board);
• Rented scuba gear;
• Tips for the crew.

Any purchases made on board, including fuel surcharge and marine park fees, are payable in cash only. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards on board the vessel. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash in any major currencies.

3. Check-in, check-out times and Transfers

Check-in is after 6 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 10 am on the day of departure. Please, note that Port Ghalib is 230 km south of Hurghada and it takes 3-3:30 hours of transfer from HRG to M/Y Heaven Saphir. So book your flight respectfully. If you decide to arrive at HRG for our Southern itinerary, we strongly advise you to book your flight with arrival time to HRG no later than 3 pm. Later arrivals may be subject to additional transfer fees.

Our bus will leave Hurghada to Port Ghalib around 5 pm on arrival day, and Port Ghalib to Hurghada at 10 am on departure day. Please, book your return flight from HRG on or after 4 pm.

MRF is a 10-minute drive to Port Ghalib; we will set up your transfer at any time. If you arrive at HRG early in the morning, we will place you on a nice beach with a bar, where you can relax after the long flight, waiting for the rest of the group to arrive.

4. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to individuals that have booked directly from our sales office. If you book your trip with us through one of our partners (tour agencies or dive clubs), you should follow their return policy.

• We will refund you 100% minus all bank charges, if you pull back at 90 days or more prior to the trip;
• We will refund you 50% if you pull back within 60-89 days prior to the trip;
• We will not refund you in less than 60 days prior to the trip;
• Trips that are booked from our Hot Deals page are non-refundable;
• Sometimes there are storms in the Red Sea and all marinas are closed for departure by National Marine Guards. This case, a very rare but possible one, is non-refundable. We will do our best to entertain you while you wait for better weather;

5. General

• You must have your scuba dive certificate(s) and your logbook with you to be able to scuba dive on any of our trips
• Please, provide us with your flight itinerary as soon as you book your flight. It will give us the opportunity to meet you on time.
• Please, let us know in advance if you need any rented gear. We will send you the form to fill in.
• We will use your email for any updates on your trip and our possible promotions in the future.
• We will never sell or share your personal data including your email.
